52 Weeks of Paleo : Week 4

Getting better at this. Despite still working at festivals and carnivals, I'm finding acceptable options (for me), like pulled pork and cole slaw. I'm also working on packing my lunch and dinner more (saves money) and drinking more water. I was feeling way less like a failure this week! It's still a process, but I'm getting there.

Next up : Getting back into some regular movement. I haven't run in months, haven't ridden my newly refurbished bike, haven't taken out the neighbor's dog in forever. But I do have some 13-day work periods happening...sooooo....yeah. We'll see. GOALS!
