52 Weeks of Paleo : Week 9

I mean, I'm not doing terribly better. I had a couple milkshakes this week and sandwiches with bread and yummy coffee drinks. All I'll say is, I also worked 72 hours over 6 days.

BUT, mom and I went and bought almond flour, coconut flour, and coconut oil to make yummy, paleo cookies and banana bread! So that's a big boon for us. I've made three batches of chocolate chip and bacon cookies already. Sometimes, I eat them for breakfast. Oh man, it totally curbs my desire for donuts!

In other news, I've got a 60-hour work week ahead of me and possibly another one after that. Because, fair season. Once all that shit calms down, I plan on restarting some goals lists and telling you about life WAY after marathon. But right now, I'm trying to get some sleep before my (almost) two full days off, that involve two dates, driving lessons, a driving test (not for me), and also some time with mom. BUSY is me!
